- Tenders submitted directly by companies
- Supporting documents and additional information included by B2B
The objective is to promote transparency, accessibility, and efficiency within the business and
procurement environment in Mozambique.
2. Types of Information Published
2.1. Publicly available tenders (collected by B2B)
B2B may republish tender information sourced from:
- Newspapers and printed publications
- Institutional websites
- Corporate websites
- Public tender portals
- Official social media posts
- Publicly accessible documents
This republication is done for informational and public-interest purposes.
2.2. Tenders submitted by companies
Companies may voluntarily submit:
- Tender announcements
- Procurement opportunities
- Expressions of interest (EOI)
- Pre-qualification calls
- Amendments or clarifications
2.3. Complementary information added by B2B
For clarity and accessibility, B2B may add:
- Summaries
- Structured data fields
- Categorized tags
- Deadline highlights
- Notes to emphasize important information
All additions are informational and do not alter the meaning of the original tender.
3. Public Information and Copyright Compliance
(Aligned with T&C Clause 6-A)
3.1. Information (data) is public
Tender information—such as dates, requirements, eligibility criteria, and agency details—is
considered public domain content.
3.2. Graphic materials (scans/images) belong to the original publisher
If B2B includes graphic elements from newspapers or other publications (e.g., clipped images,
scans, screenshots):
- B2B does not own copyright over these elements
- They are used solely as supporting documentation
- All rights remain with the original publisher or rights holder
- The original source will be acknowledged when possible
- B2B will remove or adjust such content upon request
3.3. No commercial sale of third-party graphic content
B2B does not commercialize newspaper images or any third-party copyrighted material.
Paid services (if introduced) will relate only to:
- B2B's formatting
- B2B's categorization
- B2B's alerts
- B2B's digital tools
—not the original newspaper layout.
4. Responsibility for Submitted Content
Entities submitting tenders to B2B declare that:
- They are authorized to publish the content
- The information is accurate, lawful, and complete
- No third-party rights are infringed
- Confidential documents are correctly labeled
- They assume full responsibility for the validity of the submission
B2B does not verify the legal authenticity of submitted tenders.
5. Accuracy, Updates, and Limitations
B2B strives to present updated information, but cannot guarantee:
- Immediate updates
- Accuracy of public-source content
- Absence of errors or omissions
- Authenticity of tenders submitted by third parties
- Availability of external sources
B2B is not responsible for:
- Decisions made based on published tenders
- Outdated or incorrect information originating from public sources
- Changes made by the issuing entity after publication
6. Removal, Correction, or Modification Requests
Entities may request:

- Clarification

B2B will respond promptly and modify or remove content as appropriate.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Submit false or misleading tenders
- Publish tenders belonging to third parties without authorization
- Upload manipulated documents or altered official information
- Use the platform for fraud or deception
- Claim ownership of public tenders or third-party content
Violations may result in suspension, removal of content, or reporting to authorities.
8. Use of Tender Information by Users
Users may:

- Use information for legitimate business or procurement purposes
Users may not:
- Copy large volumes of data through automated tools (scraping)
- Republish B2B's structured database without permission
- Use B2B's formatted content commercially without agreement
9. Paid Access and Premium Services
If B2B introduces paid features, fees will relate to:
- Alerts
- Categorization
- Advanced filters
- Historical data
- Reporting
- Premium access to structured information
Paid services will not involve selling newspapers or copyrighted materials.
10. Amendments to This Policy
B2B may update this Policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
